The provided vector files are optimized for cutting processes and are designed to accommodate a kerf (the width of material removed by the cutting process) of up to .051 inches. For achieving the sharpest corners and finest details in the design, a kerf size of .047 inches is recommended for the most defined cut. This will allow for the full exploitation of the vector files' precision, ensuring that the intricate cuts and delicate features are realized with high fidelity in the final product. Whether you're using plasma cutting, laser cutting, or another precision cutting method, adhering to this recommended kerf size will result in clean, sharp edges and a beautifully detailed finish.
